Single station machines are offered as complete cells or as standalone systems to go into customer cells, both are typically integrated with robot.

Multi-station machines come complete with in, out and reject tracks to fit seamlessly into production lines. Movement between stations is through a robust walking beam that has minimal changeover requirements between brake rotor types.

Machines are supplied with integrated automatic mill correction, mill cut start sensors and intelligent feedback. This ensures a quality cut on the brake rotor, increased machine throughput and reduced rejects.

Our brake rotor balancing machines come with our industry leading UNI-64 Windows measuring system and easy to use Winbal balancing software.
