We have a flexible range of balancing machines for the fan and blower industry. These include horizontal balancing machines, vertical rotating and non-rotating (static) balancing machines and horizontal spindle balancing machines.

Some of our fan and blower balancing machine features that aid the balancing process are reducing windage by utilizing a non-rotating machine or employing bi-directional drives to spin counter to the resistance pattern of the blades, and also some special balance processes to settle the blades into their running positions.

Our blower and fan balancing machines come with our industry leading UNI-64 measuring system and Winbal balancing software. Winbal contains step by step instructions for part setup, unlimited job profile storage, simple to follow unbalance correction instructions and many other useful features to make setup and operation very simple. The software has error proofing of setups and operation, features to improve cycle time, prompt routine maintenance checks and comprehensive industry 4.0 in-built diagnostics functionality.

All our balancers for fans have a small footprint as standard, are installed and commissioned in as little as 1 day and are built largely with industry standard components.

When support is required, our engineers are available 24/7 to remotely connect to the machine to resolve as many as 90% of all issues. When a site visit is required, our global network of support engineers are available for rapid dispatch.
